Pre-School programs and transition to school

We have a preschool program in place, which works on building children’s confidence, self-help, emotional, social, and academic skills in preparation for primary school. We focus on school readiness for the children from a young age, even if we are developing simple skills such as turn-taking, listening, and sharing, these are all vital skills to learn. The year before school we also incorporate a more involved school readiness program,  we pride ourselves on ensuring children are 100% ready for school when the time comes. We work closely with local schools and with Families to ensure each child's needs are met before the first day of Kindergarten. 

Children will spend time each day learning from qualified teachers who are experienced in the needs of children and what local schools prefer children to know. 

We believe school readiness starts from a young age, children are learning the vital skills of listening, taking turns, asking questions, exploring, making friends, sharing, and so much more! We foster children's independence and let them make decisions on things that effect them. All these skills are vital for school and beyond.
