Healthy Food
Our menus are developed by our qualified cooks to ensure children are receiving nutritious and enjoyable meals to fuel them for their busy days.
We use the Australian Government guidelines such as "Get up and Grow," and "The dietary guidelines for children and adolescents in Australia." We also work closely to the NSW health initiative of "Munch 'N' Move," a program that promotes healthy eating and exercise in children with skills they can carry on for life.
Our menus are on a 4 week cycle, with a summer and winter menu. We cater for all food intolerances, allergies or cultural requirements. Some children may be fussy with food, but we ensure what we serve, and how we serve it gives them confidence to try new things.
